Return Policy

You may return any photographic prints, fine art prints, or hard copy books in excellent condition and purchased from satiama.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to a 15% restocking fee.

CDs, DVDs, and downloadable audio, book, video titles and customized jewelry are not refundable, but if defective can be exchanged for the same title within 30 days of purchase. Customized jewelry is any jewelry that includes the selection of particular stones, metals or other choices of materials as a part of the purchase process. Event/lecture tickets purchased through satiama.com are non-refundable.

Webcast or other web event enrollments are non-refundable, but if you miss the event, drop us a note at customerservice@satiama.com and we’ll send you a link to the recording.

Spiritual Essence Portraits are custom orders and cannot be refunded more than 24 hours after the order is placed.

All products included in bundles and special packages must be returned for a refund or exchange. Satiama cannot accept partial returns on bundles or special packages. Subscriptions of more than three months’ duration will receive a pro-rata refund after cancellation.

We do not warrant items manufactured by other companies. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Shipping and handling are not refundable under any circumstance. Please be sure to insure your return for the value of your items. Items lost by any carrier cannot be refunded.

Please enclose a copy of the packing slip/invoice along with the merchandise you are returning. Be sure your name, address and telephone number are included. Eligible returns will be refunded in the form that the original payment was received.
